Covid-19

Dear Guests,

We carefully monitor COVID-19 updates and meticulously follow the guidelines set by both the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Hellenic National Public Health Organization (EODY).

Based on government orders and instructions, we will open safely and accept arriving visitors starting on 15 June 2020. All operations will be carried out according to the strict hygiene standards that we have set, to ensure a safe, healthy, and hospitable environment!

Our staff has been trained for Covid-19 and all the necessary procedures for the environment to be safe for our guests and employees.

The reception of our guests, is taking place outdoors.

Hand sanitizers have been placed in all common areas.

We provide hand sanitizer, disposable masks, and gloves to our staff, according to the instructions of  EODY.

The entrance to the rooms is through independent outdoor entrances.

We have placed special signs in all common areas, informing our guests to practice social distancing, wear masks, and observe the recommended personal hygiene measures.

In keeping with the instructions of  EODY, our hotel has been appropriately prepared to secure the health of our guests during their stay, by creating a special management team for suspected Covid-19 cases to prevent and control any urgent medical incident.

Also, under Greek law and the instructions of EODY, a COVID-19 logbook of our guests, as well as our partners, is kept in our hotel. In particular, we are obliged to log: Room No., full name, nationality, passport No., country of origin, arrival and departure dates, and contact details (address, telephone number, email), with the aim of tracking and tracing contacts of a probable COVID-19 case.

Reception Desk

We have decided to modify Check-Out (until 11.00 a.m.) and Check-In (from 3.00 p.m.) time, so that our rooms can be adequately ventilated, cleaned, and disinfected. We have installed special signage to facilitate social distancing. Finally, frequently touched surfaces and all objects received or delivered to our guests are disinfected frequently and thoroughly.

Rooms

We have removed most of the decorative objects, as well as a significant part of additional equipment and linen, provided only upon request. We clean air conditioners according to the manufacturer’s instructions. We ventilate, clean and meticulously disinfect all rooms when vacated, using appropriate and certified cleansers, disinfectants and equipment (steam cleaners), emphasizing on frequently touched surfaces – bed headboards, sinks, toilet seats, faucets, knobs, remote controls (special disposable covers are used), refrigerators, kettles, wardrobes, hangers, safe boxes, electrical outlets, switches, armchairs, etc.-, while the cleaning of the rooms and the change of linen and bedding during your stay is mutually agreed upon. The kitchenettes and the kitchen hardware, will not be in use, except of the glasses.

At the same time, however, we should highlight the distinctive features of our accommodation:

• The reception of our guests, is taking place outdoors.
• The entrance to the rooms is through independent outdoor entrances.

• The public area parking is outdoor.
• We are offering the option to choose the frequency and preferred method of cleaning your rooms. The cleaning frequency is every 3-4 days.

Thanks to these measures, please rest assured that we are more than ready to welcome you to our facilities in absolute safety.
